With the use of Amico Hydro mechanical reverse jacking system now tension discs can be replaced easily without lowering the conductor to ground.

• Hydraulic reverse jacking system is installed in between the yoke plate attached to the insulator at the conductor end by means of sling & the other end of the HRJS is fixed with D Shackle at the cross arm end.
• On operating the pump, full load of the conductor get transferred on the jack & Insulator, become free for replacement of the required disc. The jack is now put to mechanical mode by tightening the side clamping bolts attached with the jack without relying on the hydraulic system for full proof safety of the men changing the disc.
• On the completing the job the pump is operated to free the mechanical clamped bolts & then pressure is released, thus transferring the mechanical mode to hydraulic mode.
