Modified Alumina

We manufacture high quality Modified Alumina which enables to control the electric charge so that good coating effect can be reached. It also maintains the good evenness during powder coating. General

With the addition of linking group and macromolecule to the former alumina C, the modified alumina C increases its good electrification to enable that the electric charge can be controlled and the good coating effect can be reached, based on the effect of former alumina C. Additionally, it can avoid the occurrence of linked group and maintains the good evenness during powder coating. It is very helpful for pigment binder ratio of powder.

The coating area of powder can be increased by 1~3m².

III. Application and performance

1. Be applicable to thermoset powder coating to improve the powder utilization and realize the even thin coat. The powder coated workpiece will enjoy good edge coverage without sag after film formed.

2. Prevent the powder linking group and coating difficulty due to high temperature and increase the forming and machining availability.

3. Be very helpful for pigment binder ratio, be capable of disgregation and improve physical adsorption and chemical link.

4. Improve the coat compactness, increase the powder fluidity.

5. Increase the coating area by about1~3m² per kilogram powder.

Packaging and storage

1. Adopt 5kg paper box or 10kg kraft paper bag with PE film liner.

2. Store in shady and dry place, close it immediately after use and keep away from fire source.

3. The quality guarantee period of original packaging product is 18 months. The expired product can be used only after passing the test.

V.Attention:

The trial should be carried out before mass production. After inspection and confirmation, the production will be started. Please firmly seal the product and keep it away from fire. Store in shady and dry place.

The product doesnot contain heavy metals in compliance with European ROHS standards.
