I. Basic performance and application

Specific antifoaming agent T603 specific antifoaming agent can clean the powder of the air hole which is caused by powder containing water and iron, aluminum or other castings containing water and have good effect on increasing hardness and resisting scratch and adhesion, specially for the large area of foaming on iron casting, aluminum casting or other heavier workpieces. It is applicable to various powders and enjoys more effect as transparent powder, similar with BYK961.

IV. Coating manufacturing technology:

Extruder: double screw extruder

Extruder prezone temperature: 105^o

Extruder postzone temperature: 120^o

Extruder speed: 30HZ

V. Baking temperature: 180^o/15min or 200^o/10min

Basic performance of coating film: film thickness of 60~80m

Impact strength (positive and negative): 50kg/cm passed

Pencil hardness: >2H

glossiness (60^o angle): >90^o

Bending (2um): passed

VI.Attention:

The trial should be carried out before mass production. After inspection and confirmation, the production will be started. Please firmly seal the product and keep it away from fire. Store in shady and dry place.
