Specific Silver Powder Print Eliminating Agent

I. Basic performance and application

T319 specific silver powder print eliminating agent is a micronized compound. After it is added to the powder coating and during hot melting and curing, the high temperature will cause the sharp reduction of coat viscosity and surface tension so that the compound will move to the coat surface till it reaches on the silver powder. Therefore, the compound can have good anti-wear effect and eliminate the fingerprint from the workpiece during construction. Among the similar silver powder anti-wear agents, it enjoys outstanding effect.

IV. Coating manufacturing technology:

Extruder: double screw extruder

Extruder prezone temperature: 100^o

Extruder postzone temperature: 120^o

Extruder speed: 27HZ

V. Baking temperature: 200^o/10min, screen: 160mesh

Basic performance of coating film: film thickness of 60~80m

Impact strength (positive and negative): 50kg/cm passed

Pencil hardness: >2H

glossiness (60^o angle): >190^o

Bending (diameter 2um): passed

VI.Attention:

The trial should be carried out before mass production. After inspection and confirmation, the production will be started. Please firmly seal the product and keep it away from fire. Store in shady and dry place.
