I. Basic performance and application

T316 surfactant can increase the coat levelness and compactness, relieve orange peel, eliminate pinhole, obviously enhance the plate surface smoothness, remove the coat surface mist, greatly increase the brightness and effectively improve the coat film surface glossiness. Surfactant T316, as a surface active substance, can be applicable to the production of various thermoset powders.

IV. Coating manufacturing technology:

Extruder: double screw extruder

Extruder prezone temperature: 105^o

Extruder postzone temperature: 120^o

Extruder speed: 30HZ

V. Baking temperature: 180 centidegree/15min or 200 centidegree/10min

Basic performance of coating film: film thickness of 60~80m

Impact strength (positive and negative): 50kg/cm passed

Pencil hardness: More than or equal to1.5H

glossiness (60 degree angle): More than or equal to90 degree

Bending (Diameter 2um): passed

VI.Attention:

The trial should be carried out before mass production. After inspection and confirmation, the production will be started. Please firmly seal the product and keep it away from fire. Store in shady and dry place.
