Mini segment machine MSM 89 for the production of small wheel or cup brushes with an inner eyelet diameter of 5 to 22 mm. The fill material is fed from hank or spool. Used with automatic feeding devices the machine operator only needs to refill the magazines. In the automatic production line the single segments produced are transferred to the roller cutter RKR 92 for pre-trimming. The pre-trimmed segments are then transferred to the assembly machine AGB 906 with 6-station turntable. Up to 5 segments can be assembled with cover plates and shafts and subsequently trimmed.
