Microcomputer Cylinder Fully-auto Gluing Machine

Microcomputer Cylinder Fully-auto Gluing Machine forms a production line for making plastic cylinders with our fully automatic flattening and slicing machine and our microcomputer cylinder gluing machine. Both semi-automatic and full-automatic gluing machines are available in our factory.

Characteristics:

1. The max material-pulling speed can up to 30 meters per minute in feeding the whole roll materials. The simple operation of the machine requires only one operator, improved the production effectively.

2. Utilize microcomputer PLC control system and servo feeding system to adjust cylinder length optionally; Smooth and uniform cutting edge with high-speed circular motion of the cutter.

3. The adhesive surface glues evenly with no scratches on cylinder shaft.

4. The material enters the machine in rolling form. After being glued automatically, then the machine will cut the material as per the required length with fast speed and high efficiency.
