1. Industrial Frequency Core Holding Furnace
it includes mainly Holding furnace + Crystallizer device + Electric Control System
2. Tractor
The processing of of "drawing+stopping+reversing" is controlled automatically by Touch Screen, Servo-motor controlled by PLC(Japanese Brand). All working specification and program are input on request of customer.
3. Online Sawing Machine
Clamping + cutting speed are controlled by hydraulic.
4. Crystallizer
it is made of higher purified graphite with high heat transmission and temperature wearing-resistnace. The water jacket is with two sets of cooling-water systems.
5. Electric Control System
it is controlled by Automatically or manually based on the temperature.
