We designs and manufactures a modular system of float switches which can be combined and configured to create a switch that ideally meets clients specifications.Float switches give a reliable and cost-effective acquisition of level information in containers with stagnant or flowing liquids, such as water, oils, alkaline solutions and similar substances. A float switch comprises a connector element, a switching tube with 1 to 4 reed contacts and the float. The float is equipped with an integrated ring magnet and rises and falls with the level of the fluid. The magnetised contact reeds trigger a signal as soon as the float reaches the sensing range of the reed contact. The particular advantage of these float switches is, that the switching contact can directly a when furnished with the proper protection a switch loads, e. g. relays, signal lamps or even small pumps.
