Liquid Based Tag Mold Release Agent

Application Instructions:-
Thoroughly clean the mold surface to eliminate all traces of wax, release agents, and previous sealers. Dexclean Mold Cleaner is recommended for this purpose.
Ensure the mold surface is dry and free from any contaminants.
Apply Dexseal Sealer to the mold surface (Refer to Dexseal Sealer Technical Data Sheet for details).
Using a clean cotton cloth (not dripping), apply Dexcoat7 X Mold Release evenly over a small area (a few square feet) at a time.
Allow the Dexcoat7 X film to start evaporating (approximately 3-20 seconds). While the film is still wet, use a second clean, dry cotton cloth to wipe the surface. Use a circular motion, starting from the outside and moving inward, until the film becomes dry and clear. Note that if the mold surface is cold, it might require a longer wait before wiping off excess material.
Repeat the above steps until the entire mold surface is covered. Typically, 4-5 coats with a 10-minute gap between each coat are necessary.
Allow the application to cure for 20-30 minutes at room temperature or for 10 minutes at 200A F (93A C).

Troubleshooting Tips:-
Always keep the container closed when not in use.
Thoroughly clean and dry the mold before applying Dexcoat7 X Mold Release.
Ensure good ventilation in the application area.
