Hydraulic Power pack Compact system consists of Electric motor (Crompton/Bharat Bijlee), gear pump (Dowty), Solenoid DC valve (Yuken/Atos) Pressure control valve (Polyhydron), Suction strainer, Breather filler, Oil level indicator with sight glass and Oil tank. The power pack is controlled by push button. The motor will be suitable for 440 V Ac 3 phase 50 Hz. Operation The platform is Raised/Lowered by hydraulic cylinders operated by a power pack system from ground floor. Push button is used to lower, raise and stop platform at any desired height. Hydraulic Cylinder Ground and hard chrome plated piston rod fitted with seamless honed tubes. Seals  Polyurethane with back ring. Control It consists of single phase preventer, transformer, contactor and thermal over load relay fuses. Push button control is provided for lifting and lowering the platform from ground floor. Electrical All components provided in control panel (L & T / BCH make only) like Push button, Contactors Relays, fuses, limit switches (Essen), etc. with 5 mtrs, flexible cable.
