Hdpe Masterbatch

This HDPE Masterbatch is our new product which dispersed in HDPE with ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) silicone content. This HDPE Masterbatch overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screw slip. A small amount addition can improve the flow of the resin and processing properties. Now HDPE Masterbatch is widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastic.

Features:
Improving the processing performance, less extruder torque, reduced equipment wear, better mold filling and reduce product defect rate
Obvious lower the coefficient of friction, improve surface smoothness, glossi enhance the surface silk texture, scratch and abrasion resistance.
Enhanced fuel resistance, reduced smoke density, improve the impact strength.
Good stability, non-migratory and surface without precipitation.

Applications:
(1) Silicone core pipe
(2) Packaging boxes, bottles ( to improve the surface smoothness )

Use methods:
LYSI-01 mixed with its compatible resin at a certain proportion then molding or pelleting directly

Recommend dosage: when added at 0.5%to 2%, can improve the producta s processing, liquidity and mold release. At a high level: 1% to 5% can improve the surface properties.
