An equipment used to convey bulk materials on a steep inclination. . It conveys materials through a series of scrapers attached to hauling chains rotated by sprocket. Customizable types of scraper chain according to clientsa preferences. Machine parts usually consists of head section with driving device, middle section, tail section, tension device, scraper and hauling chains. Conveying distance up to 45 m with material temperature not more than 120A C. Able to convey materials of bulk density up to 1.6 t/mA . QMS scraper conveyor has thinner casing compared to MS and MC type scraper conveyor.

Working Principle
A series of scraper chains attached to hauling chains with sprockets located at the both ends of the machine. The scraper chains are moved by the rotation of the head sprocket. Mode of materials conveying can be either horizontal or vertical. When conveying materials horizontally, the rotation by sprockets together with internal friction from the lining plate and scraper pressure cause materials to be conveyed forward in a stable movement. When conveying materials vertically, internal friction by the constraints of material arch camber, weight and lining plate convey the materials upfront and prevent materials from falling down.
