An equipment used to convey bulk materials horizontally. . It conveys materials through a series of scrapers attached to hauling chains rotated by sprocket. Customizable types of scraper chain according to clientsa preferences. Machine parts usually consists of head section with driving device, middle section, tail section, tension device, scraper and hauling chains. Conveying distance up to 80 m with material temperature not more than 120A C. Able to convey materials of bulk density up to 1.8 t/mA .

Working Principle
A series of scraper chains attached to hauling chains with sprockets located at the both ends of the machine. The scraper chains are moved by the rotation of the head sprocket. The rotation by sprockets together with internal friction from the lining plate and scraper pressure cause materials to be conveyed forward in a stable movement.
