Inspection system:

1. Inspection objects: Skew, Tombstone, Wrong part, Missing, Overturning, Damaged, Cold joint, Insufficient solder, Excess solder;

2. Inspection components: 0201 chip components, IC pitch (0.3mm pitch), wave soldering point;

3. Inspection method: Image comparison, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), IC bridging analysis,Graphics Similarities Analysis, Color Analysis, Gray Analysis.

Optical system:

1. Camera: Color CCD (2.0 millon pixel), resolution: 15 I m, FOV: 20*20mm, Image processing speed < 250ms/FOV;

2. Light source: RGB cascade multi-angle LED combination lighting, high brigthness, service life: 30-50 thousands hours.

Software function:

1. Standard arithmetic: Image comparison, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), IC bridging analysis, Comparability Analysis, Color Analysis, Gray Analysis;

2. Software extension function: Off-line programming and inspection system, operation level management, CAD data input & output, Dual-face inspection, Skip inspection, Rework station & SPC, Camera bar code;

3. Inspection capability: 100 point/second, programming time: 1-2 hour/1000 components, NG inspection rate>99%, false reject rate: 0.05-3% (repeatability<3 pcs), false accept rate<0.01%;

4. MARK: 2 set up, support multi-board multi mark points, support Bad mark, Processing speed: 0.5 second/pcs.
