Door Closer Performance Test System - Color: Blue

Test equipment function:
The equipment is designed to test and record opening and closing moment of door closer continuously from 0 degree to 180 degree opening.

Door closer is installed on the test door.

The servo motor opens the test door from 0A to the maximum opening angle or 180A A under speed of 1A /s, and records the opening force and opening degree during the process.

Then, the motor reverses and slowly releases the door leaf, and the door closes from 180A A to 0A under the action of the door closer. Record the closing force and degree of the closing process.

The opening/closing process generates a "force vs angle" curve.

Calculate the data and generate the performance test report of closing force value according to EN 1154:1997+A1:2006, ANSI/BHMA A156.4:2019 and test method and report for QBT2698-2016.
