KBC make Chamber Dryer consisting of:

• Machine consists of mild steel chamber enclosed with necessary insulating walls consisting of double metal clad panels with thick intermediate insulating layers for reducing heat losses. The outside panel is of mild steel.

• The machine is divided into two sections, one section for loading of the material to be dried and the other section for steam heating radiators.

• The material to be dried is to be loaded on the trolley and put in the drying section as under:

• For drying Loose Fibre Suitable Tray with Trolley will be provided.

• For yarn in hank aluminium pipes are supplied. Trolley is so designed that pipes can be arranged on it.

• Hanks are loaded on pipes on trolley, which is put in the drying section.

• For drying cones or cheeses wound on metallic tubes or loose materials of muffs, Hanger Trolley will be provided.

• For loading and unloading of the chamber iron trolleys will be supplied and these trolleys are so designed that the fully loaded trolleys can be pushed inside the chamber. For guiding trolley inside the chamber, rails are provided at the bottom of the chamber.

• High efficiency steam heated radiators of the required capacity having gilled pipes are provided and the radiators are hydraulically tested so that they can be safely used for a working steam pressure of about 100 lbs. Per sq. inch . Our delivery does not include steam valves and steam traps.

• For the purpose of circulating hot air, air circulating fans with the required ducting are provided on the top of the chamber. The fan sucks air from the material drying section and delivers it to the heating section so that the air after passing over the radiators and getting sufficiently hot will again pass through the material drying section.

• An outlet arrangement with a butterfly valve is also provided in the air circulating arrangement so that part of the moist air coming out of the chamber can be delivered to the atmosphere. Our delivery does not include any ducting arrangement for discharging the air outside the machine. The butterfly valve can be conveniently operated by a hand lever.

• Air circulating fans are driven by suitable electric motor ( As per capacity ) each and our delivery includes the necessary ele. Motor.

• A thermometer is provided for indicating the temperature inside the chamber.
