• The frame is quite sturdy and make of fine grain cast iron.
• The main rollers are made from Mild Steel seamless pipe coated with Ebonite.
• The differential Bevel gears in the gear box are manufactured from special steel duly case hardened fitted with GM Bush for long life without any wear and tear.
• Specially make Ratchet Brakes with proper Brake liners control the entire tension of the fabric. Ball Bearing type Brake Drum can be provided on request.
• Perfectly balanced heavy duty floating device with 2 Stainless Steel guide rollers running on bush bearing are provided to prevent the cloth from any tension.
• Stainless Steel non magnetic of 304 quality 16 guage is utilized for the trough with direct Stainless Steel coil and Stainless Steel guide rollers. (Indirect coil on pequets).
• Jiggers can be supplied in width of 48", 60", 66", 72", 84" & 96" to 120".
• The machine is provided with electric motor, panel, push button starter of standard make.
