As a quality-oriented organization, we are focused to manufacture and supply our customers excellent quality CCA Workstation Type from Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The Equipment is used to facilitate easy access & safety for operators during the assembly of active parts of transformers, Two independent platforms (A & B) facing each other. Platform A is fixed(preferable) at one position and Platform B is moved laterally to suit the active part width. Both platforms can be moved vertically to a required height.
The lateral movement of the Platform B is through two independent motors with rack & pinion arrangement mounted on the end carriages. The wheels are guided on the floor by rail and have roller guides at the top of the platform with overhead beams.
