Cast Coil Transformer

We are instrumental in providing excellent quality Cast Coil Transformers which are manufactured with both primary and secondary windings vacuum cast with a solid resin dielectric. Available in primary voltages from 2.4 kV to 46 kV in 112.5 through 13,000 kVA sizes. Secondary voltages are available through 15 kV. Uni-Cast II Transformers Square D Uni-Cast II transformers are manufactured with the primary windings vacuum cast with a solid resin dielectric. The secondary winding is encapsulated in epoxy with the ends of the windings sealed with epoxy. Available in primary voltages from 2.4 kV to 46 kV in 112.5 through 3,000 kVA sizes. Seconday voltages are available through 15 kV.
