The respooling drum take design of servo ballscrew winding, which improved the precision accuracy. During the respooling, the wire left no lag angle, no bending deformation. The main spindle takes motor drive. It may shorten the speed-up time and makes more precise localization. The pay-off machine takes the high power frequency conversion motor. The main engine have the function of auto cutting and host machine unloading. It shortens the supporting time and improves the productivity.
