Automatic Gripping/clamping Machine

We are manufacturing & exporting Automatic Gripping/clamping machine from Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra, India. This machine is used for gripping hollow tubes, sections, pipes without damaging the dimensions. of the job. The hollow pipes are placed on electro magnetic shoes which are mounted on synthonia plates insulated from heat and current carrying. Spring adjustable pneumatic grippers grip the jobs and release the job soon after the welding process is complete.

The operation begins with operator placing the job on the electromagnetic shoe and ensuring location, then the clamps are intimated after the electromagnetic off signals are initiated based on timer. Soon after the grippers are confirmed, the MIG welding system is initiated (Customer's Scope).

The MIG welding / Brazing system can be provided after proper estimation as the use of servo motors are involved in such types of automation machines.

Sequence : Chain of 24 VDC Timers (PLC also available if
required)
