Following Details of Artcut Glass Machine :
Functions:
Cutting sand blasting film on glass into kinds of graphics with high speed(15m/min) and precision(0.025mm).

Firstly, for stained glass processes -- stick the sand blasting film (PVB) on glass, put the glass on the machine vertically, the machine is operated by handle and it will do auto-cutting graphics on the glass without any scrapes on glass, (the graphics is output from our software which is included our own graphics library with Eastern and Western styles). After cutting, wiping out the spare parts on the glass, then doing sand blasting.

Secondly, for etching glass processes -- the same process as above, after cutting process, wipe out the spare parts, then dip into the chemical materials.

Thirdly, for lamination glass processes --- Stick the fabric or other lamination material on the machine, the machine will do the auto-cutting by blade or laser, then there will be many kinds of graphics which can be used in the lamintaion glass.
