PEW002A is a specialized master batch for blown film, with LLDPE carrier resin. Adding this master batch in film blowing process, there will be excellent dispersion. Additive Master Batch can increase luster effectively and increase the white colour and opacity, in additional, no small-molecule migrations out on the extruder die. It can effectively improve productivity, and cut cost is remarkable.
The master batch match FDA, EEC, ROHS approval.
USAGE:
PEW002A will be distributed in PE film evenly, it is used in production of PE film and other white film, and it can increase the luster, white color and opacity effectively. The PE film with PEW002A will compound with BOPP, BOPA and BOPET, it will not affect film peel intensity and heat seal intensity.
RECOMMENDED ADDITION RATE:
1.Single layer blowing film, add 5% ~ 15%
2.Three layer milk-white film, core layer add 20%, compound layer add 10%, the addition rate will affect film white color and opacity, so the excellent addition rate will confirm after test.

The product is sensitive to moisture, you can store well in the original package. Once opened, you should use it immediately.
