Additive Master Batch (Pgcs065)

Additive Master Batch (PGCS065) is a specialized master batch for blown film. With LLDPE carrier resin and new multi-functional micro particle filler, it is manufactured by special processing techniques. Adding this master batch in LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE film blowing process, there will be excellent dispersion, and furthermore, no small-molecule migrations out on the extruder die. It can effectively enhance extrudera s productivity and physical and mechanical properties of the blown film itself.
The master batch match FDA, EEC, ROHS approval.
USAGE:
PGCS065 is suitable for packaging film production of Heavy-duty PE packaging bags; PE garbage bags and shopping bags; agricultural film and liner. PE film, which contains this product, can make composite products with BOPP, BOPA and BOPET. Adding this master batch in LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE film blowing process, there will be excellent dispersion. It can effectively enhance extrudera s productivity and physical and mechanical properties of the blown film itself.
RECOMMENDED ADDITION RATE:
The addition rate is at 5%~25%. In Multi-layer extrusion film, the addition rate of core layer is 15%~20% and for surface layer is about 5%. Optimal addition rate has to be verified by trials.
PACKING:
PE heavy-duty bag, 25kg/bag.

STORAGE:
The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use the product immediately upon opening the packing bags.
