We offer seam welding controllers that have micro controller based circuitry. The input supply is 230V / 415V AC, 50Hz / 60Hz and for output thyristors of any capacity are derived by gate-cathode drive signal. These seam welding controllers are compact in design and have supply voltage fluctuation compensation. These are applicable for resistance seam welding machines of any capacity.

* Solenoid valve is operated by FS1 and welding operation is controlled by FS2
* 15 weld schedules can be stored using non-volatile memory (EEPROM)
* These have UP/DOWN & ENTER keys for easy operation and two-digit LED display to indicate set values and individual operations
* For SET & RUN mode key lock switch is provided and on the front panel WELD / NO WELD is provided
* In order to achieve better resolution timings are set in terms of HALF / FULL cycles
* In order to actuate the motor drive relay contact output is provided
