Key Features
These have half cycle control resolution with three modes of operation run, program one cycle and repeat. Against mains input voltage variation primary voltage fluctuation compensation is provided in these spot welding controllers. The output is gate & cathode in order to fire back-to-back thyristors. These are applicable in table mounted microspot welders, manually operated (rocker arm type or similar) spot welding machines and also in low cost applications.

* In the mains supply voltage built in compensation is provided against fluctuations (Output remains within A 3% as against A 15% Variation In Mains Voltage)
* Half Cycle { 1 Cycle 10msec (1 / 2 cycle of mains frequency)
* These have UP/DOWN & ENTER keys for easy operation and two-digit LED display to indicate entered values
* Toggle switch is provided to select repeat cycle or single weld
* WELD and NO toggle switches are provided
* Run mode is provided for the adjustment of weld % energy
