Vitcal-ds Tablets

Description:Calcium is necessary for cardiac function, muscle contraction, nervous activity, coagulation of blood and for maintaining structural integrity of cell membranes. Plasma concentration of calcium is kept in normal range by 3 endocrine factors which control metabolism of calcium. Out of which, Vitamin D is available with Vitcal-DS.
Composition:TAB.VITCAL Each Film-coated tablet contains: Calcium Carbonate I.P. 625 mg. (derived from highly processed Oyster Shells) equivalent to 250 mg of elemental Calcium Vitamin D3 I.P 125 I.U. Color: Sunset Yellow. TAB.VITCAL-DS Each Filmcoated Tablet Contains: Elemental Calcium 500mg. (as Calcium Carbonate 1250mg from an Organic source oyster shell) Vitamin D3 IP 250 I.U Color:Titanium Dioxide SYP.VITCAL Each 5ml. Contains : Calcium (as mixture of Calcium Phosphate Calculated as 0.21 g of Ca3 (p0 4)2In a flavoured syrup base I.P. 82 mg. Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol IP)IP200 IU Cynocobalamin IP 2.5mcg. Color: Erythrosine
Indications:Calcium & Vitamin D Deficiency state, rickets. During pregnancy and lactation, then post menopausal women in chronic renal failure.
