Vibrating Screen
Screen and grizzly consists of superior quality M.S. steel plates, ENB shaft and perforated M.S. steel plates for screening and spherical roller bearing etc
The screen are in 1/2/3/4 decks. The screens are kept in cycled at 15 degree to 20 degree, as the case may be.
Stroke adjustment is made by adding or minimizing counter weight and corresponding change in speed. Tensionally rigid tubular frame members are used for bigger screen. The capacity of screen is designed and manufactured as per requirement.
Screening Principle
Immediately after the material comes into contact with vigorously vibrating screen surface, the coarse particles are forced up and away from the surface while finer particles rapidly work their way downwards to be separated on the screen of the lower deck till it reaches their respective lips/ chute provided fro the purpose to be generally transmitted by means of Belt conveyors.
