Crusher Body

The crusher body is manufactured with tested quality M.S. Plates. The side walls are stiffened with strong longitudinal and transverse ribs of adequate thickness. The ribs are properly welded at the places to reduce the overall stress distribution on the crusher body thus making it highly dependable with no chances of cracks on the crusher body.

Jaw Stock

The jaw Stock is welded mild steel construction. It is heavily ribbed and machined from both sides to fit inside eliminating side play. It is ensured that the crankshaft is fitted with suitable size self- aligned double row spherical roll bearings. The contact to toggle seat properly with the jaw stock is ensured. Precise machining, proper welding and optimum design ensures the long life of Pitman Assembly.

Jaw Plates

Two nos. of Jaw Plates are fitted in each machine known as: Swing Jaw Plate and Fixed Plate. The jaw plates are of high manganese steel castings. The proper metallurgy of jaw plates offers the maximum of crushing life. Proper pitch and profile of jaw teeth ensures the required crushing in proper shape depending upon the nature of stone.

Eccentric Shaft

Special quality steel is used for eccentric shaft, properly machined, ground and polished to improved fatigue life of the shaft.

Fly Wheels

The heavy duty flywheels properly machined allow the crushing of feed material present in the crushing chamber and empty the chamber in the case of occasional power failure. So, no heavy load at the time of re- starting and thus the security of motors and machine and less power requirement while crushing.

Side Plates

Cast steel plates of proper thickness are provided to protect the body plates from direct wearing. Properly machined V- grooves are provided on one flywheel and the other flywheel is with plain surface. Balancing of flywheels is done to avoid any kind of undesired vibrations.
