Valve Pressure Testing Machine - Suitable For Flanged End Valves Sizes 2â½" To 8" #600, Instantaneous Pressure Development, Hydraulic Intensification

The equipment has been indigeniously developed by
team of technocrats to meet the requirement of valve industry and is suitable
for pressure testing of gate valves/ globe valves/ check valves for the valve
sizes of 2#600 to 8 #600.

This Equipment is suitable for flanged end valves
only and some of the features are as enumenrated below which helps increase the
productivity of testing process as a whole.

Features of VTM :

The flange to flange bolting
being done in normal course will get eliminated and hence substantial time
saving will be done. Operator only will need to press a simple push button for
top and bottom flange clamping individually.

Valve height Adjustment cylinder
will adjust daylight gap requirement by simple push button operation.

Monoblock will prefill the
system and hydraulic Pressure intensifier will generate high pressure and high
discharge volume both at the same time leading to instantaneous pressure
development.

Tilting function will help
better visibility to check the seat test.

The seat/ shell pressure
settings can be preset as per the selection of
class of valve to be tested such as #150/ #300 / #600.

The instantaneous pressure rise
will be available by the use of hydraulic intensification principle.
