Butterfly Valve Pressure Testing Machine Capacity: 8-9 Kg Kg/hr

The equipment has been indigeniously developed by
team of technocrats to meet the requirement of valve industry and is suitable
for pressure testing of sandwitch-wafer type butterfly valves of 2# 300 to 8 # 300.

This Equipment is designed for wafer type
sandwitch valves as well as any other type where compressive load is allowed
during testing. some of the features are highlighted below which helps increase
the productivity of valve testing process as a whole.

Features of butterfly valve testing equipment :

The equipment is user friendly
to operate for seat/ shell and air seat test.

Top cover will be opened and
closed as per the requirement to visualise the seat test.

Monoblock will prefill the
system and hydraulic Pressure intensifier will generate high pressure and high
discharge volume both at the same time leading to instantaneous pressure
development.

The seat/ shell pressure
settings can be preset as per the selection of
class of valve to be tested such as #150/ #300.

The instantaneous pressure rise
will be available by the use of hydraulic intensification principle.
