The above pump is mainly designed keeping in view
the requirement of valve industry for water pressure testing of valve shell/seat as well as air testing of seat of various size
and class range of # 900, #1500
& # 2500 .The high discharge volume of 180 cc / stroke will help to quikly reach the
desired pressure and this will increase productivity of the testing system.

Main Features of PUMP :

Instantaneous pressure rise
because of high discharge volume from the unit/ stroke.

Auto stroking feature for
multistroking requirement.

Monoblock pump/ overhead tank ( not a part of this
equipment ) will prefill the system and hydraulic Pressure intensifier will
generate high pressure and high discharge volume both at the same time leading
to instantaneous pressure development.

Light weight/ compact and mobile
type for easy movement and low space
requirement.

The equipment is a development to meet the
requirement of a hydro pressure testing applications in a variety of industrial
segments.

An inbuilt
hydraulic power-pack drives the oil to water intensifier resulting in a large
output volume and pressure combination. A pre-filling pump or overhead water
tank will pre-fill the device to be tested and subsequently intensified
pressure will carry out actual testing job. The pressure holding will be
possible by providing isolation valve in the line. Different model to suit
specific pressure requirement of valve industry to suit the #150, #300, #600,
#900, #1500 & #2500 are available. Multi-stroking of intensifier to meet further requirement of
pressurized volume can be by use of solenoid operated valve system.

The models ranges
from 10 bar to 700 bar pressure.

A special model to
meet pressure requirement upto 2000 bar has been developed for burst testing
application.
