This Vacuum Vibration Press Machine consists of press host, vibration system, and hydraulic pressure system, automatic control system, belt driven system and so on. The host consists of base, 10I 130 column and upper bearing, constituting a column-open type structure. This structure is more convenient for assembling, dissembling and repair, maintenance. The vibration heads are composed by 8 sets of vibration motor each with 7.2kw in two series in two rows.
The two rows vibration motors rotate synchronously in opposite. Total vibration force is 72.6 Tons, is adjustable. The vacuum chamber is composite by a sealed cover with a sealing rubber; the vacuum chamber is extremely small, greatly reducing the time vacuum (can reach -0.1MP a 2mins)

Belt driven system consists of driven belt and so on. The rollers and the frame separate from the host, that reduces the vibration for the roller and bearings, greatly extended the life of rollers and bearings.

The press has the automatic and manual switching function, flexible operation, the thickness of the finished sheet can be arbitrarily changed from 10 to 40mm, easy to use. According to the thickness of slab, the vibration time can be freely set, the general vibration time in 2-5 minutes. Power: a 87KW.
