Profiles

• All UNIQUE profiles are made from UPVC (Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride) & only those additives are used that are essential in producing sound extrusions in accordance to BIS 7413:1991

• The main profiles shall be multi chambered, with a min. of three chambers

• The central chamber, being for reinforcement, shall be fully sealed when main profiles are welded at joints

• Water drainage path is in a separate chamber & does not affect the integrity of the central chamber

• All UNIQUE Profiles are tested regularly for Heat Reversion, Heat Ageing, Impact resistance & Weld factors in accordance to BS 7413:1991

• UNIQUE profiles are tested regularly for Welded Corner Strength. The welded joint shall never fail below a stress level of 20 Mpa

• On whole, when properly manufactured, UNIQUE windows & Doors shall confirm to & comply with the specifications & standards of BIS 6375 Part 1 & 2.

• All reinforcements for UNIQUE profiles shall be either MS sheet hot dip zinc coated of Grade N in compliance with BS 2989 or Extruded aluminium alloy Grade 6063 or 6082 in compliance with BS 1474.

• All rft. Sections are designed individually for diff. UNIQUE profiles for proper fit.

• All glazing gaskets & weather strips for UNIQUE Windows & Doors shall be of Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) and shall confirm to BS4355 Part 1 & BS 7412: 1991.

• Window: u Value of 1.4 1.8 W/m2k

• Frame: u Value of 1.4 1.7 W/m2k

• Glass: u Value of .7 1.6 W/m2k.

• Sound insulation value of Rw 30dB 42 dB with 5mm clear Single Glass.

• Casement & Turn /Tilt Windows at 10Pa a value is less than 0.2m3/hm (10Pa) 2/3.

• Turn n Tilt Single/Double pane windows with Mullion: up to 600 Pa no ingress of water to internal side

• Turn n Tilt Double pane window with mullion /double pane door with separate mullion: Up to 300 Pa no ingress of water to internal side.

• Wind resistance: Up to 2400 Pa

• Gust of Wind (Security): 1000 Pa

• Movements: 10000 cycles.

• Pl. refers to the Product Brochure Softline 58 Casement & Softline 73 Sliding Doors.

• This may be Simple one point lock / Two Point of Multi Point depending on the requirements & Price acceptance of the customer.

• Tech Specs: Confirms to the relevant BIS standard

• Make: Roto, CHNHL or others as per the requirements.

• 750 mm with friction Stays / 900mm with Hinges.

• 1250 mm width & 2250mm height.
