Key Features
RENDERS TWIN SHAFT DISSOLVERS includes one Butterfly / Anchor type agitator with scraper & another high dispersion blade. The specially designed high speed impellers forcefully stir the thick & high viscous material while rotating at high speed. The material particles become finer particulates during strong impact and shearing force. The mixing impeller blade is designed according to the size of tank dimension, raw material property in order to fully disperse the materials and meet as per the production process requirements. With the help of this twin shaft the dissolver is not only able to dissolve the materials with low fineness condition but also blend them into final products. It is used for Medium & high viscosity of Product & for any required applications.
