RENDERS HIGH SPEED DISSOLVERS is to dissolve and mix materials along with different viscosity. The specially designed high speed impellers between the materials develop tip speed for dispersing, dissolving and mixing the materials efficiently. It dissolves materials to smaller particle size. In this process size reduction is undesirable but its necessary to make sure to control tip speeds. The large stress forces break down the agglomerates into the liquid or paste suspension and solid particle wetted out.
