Key Features
RENDERS MULTI SHAFT DISSOLVERS is included with three mixing systems on the machine. Two high speed dispersion blades & another is a slow speed butterfly / anchor type blade with scrapper system. The scrapper scraps bottom and sides of the vessel inside wall. Scrapper is specially developed with chemical resistant material that is assembled on the edge of the anchor blades. As per requirement independent speed controls is provided to both High speed agitators & Anchor agitator that can be often used selectively during a series of mixing phases.
This allows the operator to choose the right combination of agitators and tip speeds for each phase, depending on key process variables, such as shear requirements, heat thresholds and batch viscosity. As per demand we may provide Vacuum system, heating & cooling system, Explosion proof system etc. Through these combined facilities we can achieve highest quality product for finished goods for Paints, Chemical, Adhesives, Thyrotrophic, Pasty & Viscous materials etc.
