Washable Tilt Over Switch

We are engaged in offering Tilt Over Switch, used
for sensing movement of devices below and above the horizontal axis.
These switches along with motion sensors are available as mercury type,
patented non-mercury type (patents #5.209.343 and #5.332.876) and
mercury glass tilt type. These switches are evacuated and filled with
inert gas and sealed hermetically for a low contact resistance and
longer service life. Tilt switches are typically used in thermostats,
level controls, appliances, security alarm systems, toys & games,
float switches and water treatment equipment. Glass mercury tilt
switches are mounted on a bi-metallic spring, which expands and
contracts with changing temperature. When the spring moves, the switch
contact passes through horizontal plane and opens or closes in order to
operate the furnace and boilers. For proper operation, the switch must
move through the differential angle that is measured from the point of
just make to just break. While selecting a tilt switch, the operating
mechanism should be chosen that can move the switch through an angle
greater than the differential angle.
