Thermoplastic Polyurethane Elastomers

Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers for use as PU adhesives. Mainly used in footwear industry as heat activated adhesive. T-PU609A is generally used in MEK, TOL, or EAC solution. T-PU609A solution itself or with polyisocyanate shows excellent bonding strength to materials based on PVC, PU, TPR, TPE, rubber, fabric and genuine leather.

PVA'C with the following viscosities.
3760: CPS 34000~38000(VT-04; NO.2; 25a )
3850H: CPS 45000~50000(VT-04; NO.2; 25a )

PVAa c with 35 % solid content & viscosity in the range of 110000- 130000 cps at 30 deg C.
NP-3760 is a plasticized polyvinyl acetate(PVAc) emulsion with polyvinyl. The film of NP-3761 is transparent, elastic and pleasantly hard.
Being with PVA as protective colloid, NP-3760 is very stable. The physical properties of NP-3760 can sometimes be further improved by adding plasticizer or modifier etc. PVA solution, for example, can increase setting rate and delay open time.
The film is transparent, elastic and pleasantly hard. NP-3850H is high solid, suitable for high speed operation.
It is used primarily for the adhesion of furniture, decorated paper, wood industry and so on.
