We offer Adhesion Promoter. UV curable modified urethane varnish for plastic substrates, particularly PVC.The transparent film of this varnish posseses high gloss and surface smoothness. Due to its good adhesion, flexibility and abrasion resistance, it is formulated to print on PVC. Application by roller. The curing of the varnish is obtained by belt speeds between 10 and 20 m / min and 120 watt lamps / cm.

Modified acrylate varnish for metal substrates
which polymerizes by radical reaction under UV. It is recommended for metal substrates.
It has excellent film properties such as adhesion, flexibility and chemical
resistance. It can be applied on curved or flat surfaces. High reactivity which allows lineal
velocities of 80 m/mm for 30u of thickness with a lamp of 120 W/cm. Application viscosity can be decreased by heating the varnish and the applicator until 50-60A C.
Adhesion promoter for UV paints

It is used in a concentration of 1 to 10 % in acrylated systems to improve adhesion and flexibility.
Formulated UV/EB curable products containing PET-750 PA may be applied by lithographic,
Screen methods, by direct or reverse gravure, or using curtain type application systems.
This Product is recommended for use in: solder resistant and metal coatings.
