Alprothane Prepolymer
It is a liquid isocyanate terminated pre polymer based polyol and are available in a broad hardness range i.e Shore A 15 to 95.

Ambient curable system :
Alprothane 4000
These are the polymers made from Alprothane 4000 by reacting with MOCA. It is slight hazy to clear light color liquid with 3-4% NCO.

Mixing Ratio:
a c Aloprothane : 100
a c MOCA: 16- 18
a c Pot life: 9 a 10 minutes.
a c These are available in packing of 30 and 200 kg.

Alprothane 5000
They have the same manufacturing process as Aloprothane4000.

a c Excellent scratch and abrasion resistance.
a c Good chemical, oil and hydrolysis resistance.
a c Good electrical insulation.
a c Low viscosity allows ease of processing.

AlproCast 4000
It is two-component polyurethane elastomer system, having varying shore A Hardness from 55 to 95.

a c Curing Time : 8 hrs @ 100Oc.

Alprogel 2000
It is two-component polyurethane elastomer system, on mixing two components at room temperature forms a highly flexible elastomeric material.
