Sensitizer

I. Basic performance and application

Sensitizer T701 can eliminate shrinkage cavity, increase glossiness and promote leveling. However, it cannot replace the leveling agent. It has a certain polar groups, so it can properly wet the polar material (such as pigment, etc.) among powder and the coated object (coated workpiece). It enjoys stronger adhesion.

II. Technical indexes

Appearance: light white crystal and powder

Solid content: more than or equal to 99%

Softening point: 95 centidegree~125 centidegree

III. Basic ingredients of powder coating (full gloss, white powder) (dose: 0.5-1% inner extruding)

IV.Attention:

The trial should be carried out before mass production. After inspection and confirmation, the production will be started. Please firmly seal the product and keep it away from fire. Store in shady and dry place.

The product doesnot contain heavy metals in compliance with European ROHS standards.
