I. Basic performance and application

T531 ultraviolet absorber can obviously prevent the coating film from chalking, cracking, foaming and discoloring early or other aging phenomena due to ultraviolet light. It can obviously prolong the weathering quality, largely absorb ultraviolet light and possess better light stability. The thicker the coat is, the better the effect will be. It has no any influence on mechanical property of coating film. Used together with T317 yellow stain resisting agent, the effect will be perfect.

IV. Coating manufacturing technology:

Extruder: double screw extruder

Extruder prezone temperature: 115centidegree

Extruder postzone temperature: 125centidegree

Extruder speed: 30HZ

V. Baking temperature: 180 centidegree/15min or 200 centidegree/10min

VI. Basic performance of coating film: film thickness of 60~80m

Impact strength (positive and negative): 50kg/cm passed

Pencil hardness: >2H

Glossiness (60^o angle): >90^o

Bending (Diameter 2um): passed

VII.Attention:

The trial should be carried out before mass production. After inspection and confirmation, the production will be started. Please firmly seal the product and keep it away from fire. Store in shady and dry place.
