Armour strip for complete winding of 10 H.P A.C ( ABB) rolling traverse, variable frequency drive, killing roller dancer, & 1000 mm diameter pay off stand.

Winding speed- 400 RPM maximum
Pay off a 1000 mm Diameter disc with tension control by pneumatically operated disc Brake
Bobbin removal- Manual
Traverse- 4RR - 50 rolling type with adjustment pitches, covered with bellows
Strip Guiding- Through roller mounted on traverse
Wire breakage system- When wire /strip brakes system stop automatically
Dancer consist of 2 fixed pulley & 1 movable with pneumatically operated cylinder for tension adjustment with precision pressure regulator
Length counter- Digital & mechanical counter
Guide Roller- 90 mm diameter & 1000 mm long guide roller with height adjustment arrangement
Pay off stand- Disc type pay off suitable for coil inner diameter of 450 mm to 600 mm with 250 kg disc type pneumatic calliper brake tension control from control desk
