RENDERS HIGH SPEED DISPERSERS is designed for Premixing, Mixing, Dispersing & reduction of particle size. This DISPERSER achieves the breaking up materials / Solid particles which are always needed to be sheared & mixed with fluid. The specially designed high speed impellers develop tip speed for whole dispersion. In this process size reduction is undesirable but its necessary to make sure to control tip speeds. As per the principal of high Speed Dispersers doesnt grind at all but it helps to ensure a breakdown of agglomerates like as in Paints , Ink, & Chemicals for breaking down of pigment & such other materials to incorporate them with liquid.
