Product Description:

SIGMAs DAMP-PROOF is a injectable single component , specially designed to prevent rising dampness in wall , due to ingress of ground water level & moisture by capillary action .

Direction for Use:

Drill 8-12 mm diameter hole at the masonary joints at the lowest possible point and also just above the dampproof course level on immediate upper layer of brick/mortar joint , holes can be drilled in the in the internal or external side of wall at an inclination of 45 C & in depth half the width of wall . Clean hole by air pressure .

Fix up 4-6 mm diameter plastic tube in hole leaving 10mm gap at end and atleast 50 mm length of tube should be outside the hole.Fix the tube by quick setting mortar .

Inject 50-60ml sigmas damp-proof liquid through syringe by fixing syringe nozzle at the outer end of plastic pipe . After injection, bend the pipe and tie with cord , Repeat the injection doses depend on the severity of the dampness on the wall. And after one day, remove the same from holes . Holes to be replastered by superfix/superbond mortar before painting .

Dosage:

50-100 ml per hole depend on severe wall dampness .

Storage/Shelflife:

One year from the date of Manufacture.
