Semi-automatic Solder Paste Printer

From the past experience of the couple of years, we are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of Semi-Automatic Solder Paste Printer.

1. Microcomputer control, touch screen display, menu user interface;
2.Scraper floating. (Similar to the full automatic printing machine, the scraper can freely move up and down and automatically adjust the level with stencil);
3. The pressure of scraper is adjustable (the pressure of scraper on the stencil can be adjusted according to the length of scraper of the different models);
4.The stencil moves away from PCB (demould), which has segmented movements, and it is adjustable from 0-5 seconds. (i.e., similar to the full automatic printing machine, the stencil will rise slowly within 2seconds to demould, then quickly rise to leave the PCB, which avoids the wire drawing occurring in thedemould, and saves time and improves production efficiency as well);
5. Key and switch operation using both hands in the operation, which is safe and reliable;
6. In the menu of touch screen, the stopping time of scraper at the positions of upper left and lower left, upper right and lower right can be set independently;
7. The positioning and fixing methods of PCB include a variety of different forms of precise positioning of reference holes positioning, reference edge positioning and the both positioning of the reference holdand edge as well as template positioning;
8. The touch screen features with the time display function, automatic counting function of printing times and screen saver function;
9. The machine with the left and right scraper speed adjustment functions and emergency stop safety function.
