Semi Automatic Panel

This semi automatic panel is ideal for use in applications of laboratories, research and development, refineries, process plants and for high volume manufacturing facilities. The panel is connected as a separate attachment to the two cylinders or cylinder banks. There is an instant switchover between the two cylinders, when the gas on one side is depleted. Thus, this panel ensures continuity of gas supply to critical applications. We offer the product in two different models namely SP 101 and the SP 201. Custom designed and mase panels for deifferent point of use pressure and flow rates can also be offered. Along with the product, we also provide an optional electronic alarm system, which alerts the user in case a switchover occurs.

When the gas on one side is depleted, the panel automatically
switches over to the other cylinder. The switchover happens
instantaneously, thereby ensuring an uninturrupted supply of gas to the
process. The panel is ideally suited for the following applications:
* Laboratories/ research and development - Generally used to supply the carrier gas which has a higher usage. The semiautomatic panel ensures that the expensive calibration gas need not have to be purged out due to depletion of the carrier gas. It also reduces downtime due to cylinder change operation.
* Refineries and process plants - Especially suited for continuous on-stream analyzers.
* High volume manufacturing facilities
