The machine is used for thoroughly mixing the various ingredients like Coke Breeze, Fire Clay, Sand, Hard Pitch Refractory Brick etc. for the use of blast furnace operation and foundry sand. The machine is suitable for mixing basic refractory powder, sand with binder materials with moisture contain upto 10 a 15%

BASE FRAME :The muller is assembled on a heavy duty
channel base Frame. Made of M.S. Channel with M.S. Pads properly machined.
ROLLERS : Graded Cast Iron, fitted with tapper roller
Bearings.

MIXING TABLE : M.S. Construction of suitable thick plate
with suitable Linings rests on 4 legs. Both a Base Framea and a Vertical Column are bolted together & a Pan Basea is also bolted with a Vertical Columnsa .

VERTICAL COLUMNS : 4 nos. vertical columns, made of M.S.
Channel with M.S. Plate, which are properly machined.

PAN : Pan dia. is 1800mm. Bottom Pan is of suitable thick M.S. Plate & Pan made of suitable thick M.S. Plate.

VARIABLE ROLLER PRESSURE : Rollers are spring loaded to provided a
range of variable mulling pressure.

PLOWS : Plows are hard faced M.S. Plate with hard faced.

LUBRICATION : All bearings are provided with individual greased nipples for daily lubrications.
